A recipe to get you started

I have a lot of people tell me they would like to make their own raw slices at home. Well if you want to have a go, here is the most simple recipe for a raw slice that you can make quickly and you only need a bowl and wooden spoon to do it.

Cashew Bar
6 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp brown rice syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
3/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup rice bubbles
1/2 cup cashews

Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
2. Scrape into a tin
3. Place in fridge or freezer to set for 2 hours
4. Slice and eat.
*** Will last in the fridge for one week and the freezer for two months.
