How do I store my slices? You can store your slices in the freezer for 2 months or in the fridge for a week. They do like to be kept chilled especially in Summer.
How are orders delivered in Rotorua? I arrange a time that suit you and I and I will deliver to you when you are home or you can leave a chilly bin outside your door if you wont be home or want a non contact delivery. Cost is $3.
Can I pick up my order? Yes. Select that option when ordering and I will be in touch when your order is ready and when you can pick up.
Can I send my order as a gift? This happens a lot and if you wish a note to be sent with your gift, I’m happy to write what you want said.
I hate ordering online, can I message through my order instead? Yes of course, message me and we will sort what you are after.
I can’t choose which flavours, can you choose for me? Sure, it’s a hard choice. I’m happy to make a good mixed selection for you if you can’t decide.
Do you send raw slices and celebration cakes around the North Island? No the slices and cakes are fragile and are not able to be sent so they are only for Rotorua pick up or delivery.
