Ingredients:
1 cup coconut
¾ cups dates
½ cup peanut butter
Method:
- Set oven to 165 degrees
- Soak dates in hot water for 10mins then drain
- Blend all ingredients till mixed well
- Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough and then flatten them on the tray
- Bake for 10-12 mins
- Keep in fridge for 4 days or freezer friendly
