Pancakes with toppings

The easiest Pancake Recipe in the World!
Ingredients: (makes 8 pancakes)
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup oat/almond/soy milk

Method:
1. Put flour and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add milk and stir with a whisk.
3. Leave mix to sit for 10 minutes (this is how you guarantee they go fluffy).
4. Heat a frypan on medium heat (use oil if it is not a non stick pan)
5. Spoon 2 tablespoons into pan to create one pancake. Cook as many as your frypan size allows.
6. Once bubbles appear on top of the pancakes, flip them over.
7. Cook each side until slightly browned and turn out onto a plate.
8. Add toppings you like.
9. Take photos before eating (or during if you couldn’t wait and just had to try them).
10. Share photos.
