Why I started Wholly Chocomole

Kylie Lang started Wholly Chocomole in 2017 following 6 weeks volunteering at an Australian health retreat. “What inspired me to start this business was a case of creating what I wish existed. I hated going into cafes and seeing a cabinet full of big cake slices with hardly any offerings for people with dietary requirements.”“I love creating slices for people who have previously had to go without. It is so rewarding to see how happy people are at the Rotorua Farmer’s Market when they bite into a delicious treat that they are able to eat.  Now I can provide so many flavoured options for people who once had no options available.”“I like balance in my life – I want to mostly eat healthy but still also want to have treats regularly. This is where Wholly Chocomole comes in – making it possible to have healthy treats every day.”
